Students of the Interact Club of The Modern School ECNCR organized a session on Examination Skills and Management of Examination Stress on December 10, 2018, in the school campus. The workshop was conducted for students of classes S1, S2 and S3. It was conducted by Ms. Nishtha Narula, Counselling Psychologist, Fortis Hospital and Ms. Mihika Mehrotra, Clinical Psychologist, Fortis Hospital.
The workshop focused on providing tips and tricks to the students, so that they could be better organized in preparing for the exams, without any stress. The resource person guided the students to prepare a work plan at least thirty days in advance. They also informed the students on how to prepare a revision schedule for the exams. The whole exercise provided a very balanced and organized approach towards taking exams. These tips and tricks helped the students realize and understand that it’s important to work smarter for the exams than to work harder in order to succeed!
