A Day at Modern Early Years

At Modern Early Years, we believe that children should not only learn but also enjoy what they are learning. Kids will only look forward to school if they love the idea of it. And so to ensure every day is new and exciting, we welcome kids at the gate with a fun activity. These activities at the start of the day put a smile on their faces and brighten up our day as well! A Day at Modern Early Years thus begins with a positive attitude as kids look forward to learning more, throughout the day.

Health & Sports

The school also promotes healthy eating habits and proper nourishment through regular fruit-eating breaks. Learning for a child should not be linear so we even utilize meal and snack time to impart some habitual lessons while making sure they have fun. At lunchtime, we teach kids the need to wash their hands and don an apron. Recognizing their constant desire to play, we have regular physical exercises to develop their strength, collaboration, and communication skills.

Classroom Learning

As we proceed through the day, we teach our kids how to be ethically upright and self-sufficient. We encourage them to approach the teacher and report their attendance. This gives them the courage to speak up and fosters a one-on-one relationship with the teacher. We have circle time exercises to build gross motor abilities as they enhance rhythm and coordination. The teaching course is divided into 3 periods, each of 40 minutes through which we intermingle primary lessons and sensory development. Our regular curriculum includes learning new vocabulary and exploring fresh narratives. Every classroom features a sensory corner where are taught to be mindful and empathetic. Students get a peek into math as they learn numbers by counting with their fingers.

Play Based Learning

The play-based curriculum ensures your child understands the concepts rather than making them memorise them. Every day concludes with a quick prayer than making them memorise them. Every day concludes with a quick prayer for spiritual unity among the children and a recap of the day's lessons. For the child's overall development, we strive to provide a systematic and structured educational experience.
