Mr. Prashant Kumar, Second in Command, CRPF was the honorable chief guest for the Independence Day celebration at Modern Early Years, Deepali on Friday, 12th August.

Sir hoisted the National Flag after which the students sang the National Anthem.

The Chief Guest along with all the dignitaries also planted saplings to mark the occasion as a symbol of growth and prosperity.

Ms. Rimpy Verma, Headmistress The Modern School ECNCR was also present on the occasion to encourage the little ones.

The ballet “Journey To Freedom” by our students depicting Gandhiji, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Sarojini Naidu and numerous freedom fighters reminded us about the various sacrifices made by so many people to attain freedom from the British.
