Kahaniyon Ka Pitara
The storytelling session, named "Kahaniyon ka Pitara," held at Modern Early Years on Friday, March 15, 2024, was a delightful experience for all participants. The session commenced with an engaging icebreaking activity, where children and mothers joined together to sing the action song "Ram Sam Sam," fostering a sense of unity and excitement among the attendees.
Following the energizing icebreaker, the audience was treated to two captivating stories. One story centered around the theme of the lion and the fox, while the other was a conceptual tale emphasizing the letter S sound. These stories not only entertained but also stimulated the imagination of the young listeners.
In addition to storytelling, the session incorporated interactive craft activities. Children enthusiastically crafted snakes and lions using paper plates, showcasing their creativity and fine motor skills. This was followed by an energetic dance session to an animal-themed song, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the event.
The highlight of the session was the water splash activity, where children were invited to throw balloons filled with colored water onto a canvas to create vibrant prints. The sheer joy on their faces as they engaged in this colorful activity was palpable.
As a token of appreciation for their participation, children were delighted to receive candy floss and soft toys at the conclusion of the session, further adding to their excitement and sense of accomplishment.
Overall, the Kahaniyon ka Pitara storytelling session at Modern Early Years was a resounding success, fostering creativity, engagement, and joy among all participants.
