The Headmistress Ms Rimpy Verma and facilitators Ms Megha Brar and Miss Pooja Rihan  conducted a three-days workshop on ‘Phonemes and Phonics & Reading Comprehension ’, for the teachers of 35 Delhi Government  schools in Raghubir Singh Junior Modern School on December 14,15 and 18, 2023 respectively. The workshops were conducted by Modern Early Years on behalf of the research and development wing ‘ Modern Institute for Education‘, running under the aegis of Modern School Society, Barakhamba Road.

The workshop aimed to elevate the expertise of participating educators, focusing on domains such as phonics, phonemic awareness and strategies to enhance English comprehension among primary students. This collaborative initiative not only underscored our commitment to educational excellence but also provided a platform for the exchange of best practices within the broader educational community.

In conclusion, the three-days workshop served as a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the growth and skill development of  primary teachers in the Government sector. This effort aligned seamlessly with the educational goals of the Modern Institute for Education, emphasizing upon our dedication to advancing excellent pedagogical practices across the nation.
