“Biodiversity is the greatest treasure we have. Its diminishment is to be prevented at all cost.”
The students of Class P4A conducted a special assembly on ‘Flora and Fauna’ to celebrate the International Day of Biodiversity on May 19, 2023 in the Mini  Auditorium of the school. It helped the students of P3-P5 to enhance their knowledge about the interdependency of different species on earth for survival. The assembly focussed on the depletion and conservation of plant and animal life.
To add on to the knowledge of students, some practical ways like how to convert vegetable peels into compost, use of different coloured bins etc. were explained to students.
The assembly culminated on a positive note of raising and spreading awareness about the importance of flora and fauna on our planet and in our lives.
