On November 29, 2025, our Class 9 students embarked on an unforgettable journey to IIT Delhi, as part of the prestigious Sci-Tech Spins Lecture Series. The highlight of the day was a captivating lecture, ‘Matching Games,’ delivered by the brilliant Prof. Naveen Garg from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

Prof. Garg's masterful presentation took the students on a fascinating ride through the world of bipartite matching, using relatable examples like job assignments and the stable marriage problem. The pièce de résistance was a live role-play demonstration of the Gale-Shapley algorithm, which had the students laughing, cheering, and thoroughly enthralled.

The feedback was resoundingly positive, with 19 out of 20 students giving the lecture a perfect 5/5 rating. Many students were inspired to explore coding and STEM fields, with one student remarking, "I never thought computer science could be so much fun!"

This extraordinary experience not only broadened the students' understanding of computer science but also sparked a newfound passion for STEM. We're grateful to Prof. Garg and IIT Delhi for creating unforgettable memories for our students.
