Dolls have always fascinated young children. To explore the mystical world of dolls, the students of class P4  visited the Shankar’s Doll Museum at ITO on July 30, 2022.
It was a dreamland for the little ones. The museum displayed different kinds of dolls across the globe. It also showcased various episodes from history like the famous Dandi March and other Indian mythological scenes. The students admired the cultural heritage of different countries in the form of their dolls. They were told short stories by the teachers about the dolls, costumes, dances and lifestyles of various countries. It was a part of their learning about ‘Ek Bharat, Shrestha Bharat’. 
The students brought back cherished memories from the trip.
