Farewell And Graduation Ceremony
The Farewell Ceremony at The Modern School, ECNCR on January 30, 2024, was truly a heartwarming and nostalgic event. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and heartfelt goodbyes as the school bid adieu to the outgoing Class XII students, ensuring they left with lasting memories.
The welcome for the students was spirited, setting the tone for a memorable evening. The cultural program began with a soulful prayer, creating a serene and reflective ambiance. A student from Class XI shared insightful thoughts, adding depth to the occasion. The auditorium came alive with a medley of songs, foot-tapping dance performances, and a touching PowerPoint Presentation that encapsulated the rich journey of the outgoing class, evoking tears of nostalgia.
Recognition and appreciation were bestowed upon the students as the school Principal, Mr. Rajiv K Shrivastav, and Ms. Meera Malhotra, the Academic Coordinator, announced winners and adorned them with sashes and bouquets. Palak Tushir and Arnav Jain were honored with the titles of Ms. Modernite and Mr. Modernite respectively. Following a scrumptious lunch, the graduating students donned their gowns and caps for the Graduation Ceremony.
Ms. Meera Malhotra graced the occasion with her presence, and Principal Sir delivered a proud, encouraging, and guiding address to the graduating students. Meera ma’am shared insightful words of wisdom, offering valuable perspectives on the opportunities and challenges that awaited the graduates in their new chapter.
Pride, joy, and a sense of accomplishment filled the moment. Representatives from the graduating class took the stage to share their experiences, expressing gratitude and nostalgia. The ceremony reached its pinnacle with the cake cutting and a group photograph, marking a symbolic transition. The event concluded with a gracious vote of thanks from a Class XI Cabinet member, leaving everyone with a mix of emotions, cherished memories, and a profound sense of unity that would be etched in their hearts for years to come.
