“Every child is gifted. They just unwrap their packages at different times.”

A live event ‘Giggle Gala’ was organised for the vivacious Pre-primary students in the age group of 2.5- 5 years by The Modern School, ECNCR in the month of December, an event that garnered an overwhelming response of over 400 participants.

The enthusiastic and lively participants competed in various categories viz The World of Fantasy, Boogie Woogie, Time for Rhyme, The World of Nature, Chime-n-Rhyme, Rock-n-Roll, Wriggle-Wiggle, Raise your Mic, Mono Act with Tact and I am a Narration. The immense talent showcased in the event was commendable. The judges evaluated the candidates on the selection of the story or song, presentation, voice modulation, props used etc. as the confident participants spoke with  clarity and profoundness. Powerhouse of creativity, the learners proved to be even great stores of resilience, perseverance and determination as they competed with fervour and zeal.

The event provided prospects for the holistic development of children and aimed to instill in them values like hope, solidarity, introspection and rising above glitches in life. All the participating schools and students were congratulated for their enthusiastic involvement and felicitations were extended to all the winners.
