The Graduation Ceremony and Farewell for the 2020-21 batch of class S7 was held on March 31, 2021 in the school premises. Mr. Ashok Pratap Singh, Senior member, Board of Trustees, Modern School graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, along with the other distinguished trustees.

The programme commenced with the soulful rendition of Ganesh Vandana and the diya lighting ritual performed by the students. The lit diyas were handed over by the gurus to their beloved students, symbolic of the light of knowledge, wisdom and enlightenment of soul. It was followed by a splendid Kathak performance.

The Principal, Ms. Abha Sadana, in her address to the students guided them to remember and follow the values and teachings that they had learned in their school life.

Mr. Ashok Pratap Singh, Senior Trustee, Board of Trustees, Modern School motivated the students to follow their heart and choose what they love and enjoy the most. He urged them to treat the challenges as opportunities to excel and shine.

The School Calendar 2021-22, and the Graduation Booklet 2020-21, were released by the Chief Guest on the occasion. The Graduation Booklet was a compilation of all the precious memories of school days of the outgoing batch.

Sauhard Sharma, Head Boy, Parul Bhola, Head Girl and Tanya Khanna, Ex-President and ZIR, Interact Club from class XII shared their thoughts and feelings about their journey in the school.

The ceremony concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by the Headmistress, Ms. Rimpy Verma, who also acknowledged the efforts of the staff with the students over the years and wished the students for their future endeavours.

Students of class XI bid farewell to their seniors wishing them good luck for their future. The cultural programme was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers and to reminisce joyous moments. The day was filled with mesmerising dance performances and fun-filled games.

To make their farewell more memorable, students of class XI dedicated a video capturing the moments of the journey of the outgoing students during their tenure of the school.

Sauhard Sharma won the title of Mr.Modernite and Kirti Kanodia bagged the title of Ms.Modernite. The batch of 2020-21 bid adieu to their alma mater with heavy heat, tearful eyes and promise for a bright future ahead with the blessings, wishes and love of their beloved teachers and friends.
