To commemorate the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Devji, The Modern School ECNCR conducted a special assembly. Celebrations commenced with ‘Shabad ‘recitation by the students, wherein they seeked the blessings of the Almighty, with heads covered and bowed in submission. The students of Nursery –P5 showcased vibrant and captivating cultural performances, to add flavour and fervour to the celebrations. An insightful talk on the life and learnings of Guru Nanak Devji was delivered, highlighting his divinity and selfless service to humanity.
The Principal, Ms. Abha Sadana outlined the noteworthy teachings of the revered Guru and hi unique spiritual, social and political approach based on equality,fraternal love ,goodness and virtue. The celebrations culminated with the distribution of the ceremonial ‘Kada Prasad’.
