The students of class S6 A visited IIT Delhi on January 21,2023 for subject enrichment program – ‘From Sand to Microprocessor’. The event commenced with an interactive lecture by Professor Rahul Mishra (Centre for Applied Research in Electronics), followed by a visit to the semiconductor laboratories. The students got to witness the live demonstration of Chip fabrication and Photolithography processes used in electronics industry. They were also provided insights on electron beam evaporator and sputtering machines. It was once in a lifetime opportunity for the students to gain hands-on experience on emerging technologies from experts at a premier institution.
