Inter-House English Debate Competition Classes S1-S3 Results
Debate competition extends an opportunity for students to structure as well as organise their thoughts on a topic and express confidently. It enables them to state their opinion and ideas thus strengthening language skills. The Modern School ECNCR, Delhi organised an Inter House English Debate Competition on Saturday, July 11, 2020 for classes S1-S3 on the topic ‘Online classes will replace classroom teaching’. The competition commenced with the address of honourable Principal ma’am, Ms. Abha Sadana welcomed the participants and appreciated their drive to learn and compete during these challenging times.The participants expressed themselves with utmost zeal and vigour.
The online competition concluded with pearls of wisdom from judges, Ms.Priya Kumar, HOD English, Bal Vikas Progressive School, Panipat and Ms. Neha Verma, TGT English, De Indian School as they applauded all the participants for their commendable efforts and skills as well as guided them to enhance the same.
The competition gave students an opportunity to structure as well as organise their thoughts on the topic. The participants expressed themselves with utmost zeal and vigour stating their opinions confidently.Three students from each house as speakers for and against the motion and interjector participated enthusiastically.
