Interact Club of the school spread awareness about how important it is to keep the environment pollution free rather than full of smog and reiterated the need to have fresh and healthy air to breathe in for all through 'Project Green Diwali' on October 15, 2022.

The event commenced with a pledge to save the environment from harmful smoky air due to bursting crackers and to replace the same with seed bombs made by soil manure.

The interactions urged everyone to burst the seed bomb near any water body if one is travelling or in any park or fertile land near your house or in the house.

They prepared organic manure using kitchen waste in the school with the help and guidance of gardeners. Earthen diyas were also painted and decorated to light up the festive season. 

A sale of the diyas and seed bombs made by the interactors was put up on the PTM wherein the parents and students were encouraged to celebrate green Diwali, the proceeds of which were used to help underprivileged people. Interactors completed this project with full dedication, hard work and enthusiasm. It was very impactful abd appreciated by one and all.
