A Modernite believes in setting new milestones of excellence. Achievement of an individual is acknowledged but the desire and passion to ensure that others scale newer heights is celebrated. A leader is a team player, mentor, guide and source of inspiration and motivation for all.

The Modern School, ECNCR organised a ‘leadership camp’ on July 12, 2019 for the students of classes P4 and P5. Eight students from each house were selected by the house masters on the basis of their performance in scholastic and co-scholastic areas. Students were selected for the final round based on their performance in the three rounds i.e. Introduction and Extempore, Talent Show and Team Building.

In the Introduction and Extempore round, students introduced themselves and spoke a few lines on the given topic. They were judged on the basis of introduction, confidence and Body language, clarity and content. The second round was ‘Talent show’.

It was undoubtedly a phenomenal opportunity for the students to exhibit their talent on stage. They were judged on the basis of their presentation, skill, creativity and confidence.

 In the ‘Team building’ round students were involved in team games in which they were asked to lead their team. The whole-hearted and commendable participation of the students and teachers contributed greatly to the school’s endeavor to identify the students who could take up leadership roles.
