The parents were welcomed in a traditional way as they entered the school premises. The children received welcome envelopes from the teachers which included a welcome letter and some general instructions.

Ms Neelam Puri, Academic Director, The Modern Schools welcomed the parents and students and shared her experience of being associated with this school for more than 40 years.

Ms. Abha Sadana, School Principal, addressed the parents and shared her views about the Modern School experience. She congratulated the parents on being selected to be part of the Modern School family.

Ms. Nalini Singh Rajput, Headmistress, shared her views and expressed delight in welcoming the new students in school. She shared a brief overview of the school motto and vision for the students. She also introduced the faculty of the school in their respective capacities.

Parents were given the opportunity to interact with the class teachers to learn more about the first week at school. They also got a chance to interact with the school transport in-charge who was able to share the school transportation arrangements for the students. They also collected stationery and uniform sets for their children.
