‘Worship isn’t an event to attend and watch, it is a lifestyle to be lived’ Students of Nursery & KG of The Modern School, ECNCR visited different ‘Places of Worship’ on February 9, 2018. The main purpose of the visit was to acquaint them with different religions and their places of worship in India. They were also taught the importance of respecting all religions and Gods living in harmony and peace and treating every one nicely. To begin with, the students visited Gurudwara. They entered with covered heads and relished the Prasad offered there. The little wonders felt happy and excited in ringing the bells of the temple, they visited thereafter. They witnessed the grandeur of the holy place and the embellished idols of different Gods. The visual treat was followed by a visit to the Church and Mosque. The peaceful aura of the divine places left them in awe. It was a spiritually enlightening experience for the tiny tots and they enjoyed the visit immensely.
