The Modern School, ECNCR organised a visit for class P1 to the National Rail Museum in Delhi . The students learned about the rail heritage of India there. The museum was located in over 10 acres of land with both indoor and outdoor exhibits.

The students were amazed to see a huge engine at the entrance gate that entranced the tiny tots and a wave of excitement shot through the group. The ecstatic passengers waved a cheerful goodbye to the spectators, who excitedly waited for their turn at the Museum Junction.

As the toy train crossed various stations, students sitting in the coaches also passed through a tunnel. The merry ride gave them a feeling of travelling in the beautiful hills of India. Students were enthralled to see the exhibits of wagons, coaches and engines displayed in the exhibition hall.

They came back with a pandora box of knowledge, which made the excursion fruitful and joyous.
