Students of classes Nursery and KG of The Modern School ECNCR celebrated Independence Day on Aug 14, 2019. The gamut of celebrations held on the campus consisted of the special assembly conducted by classes Nur-P5.

The students of class KG gave a state-wise presentation, wherein they came dressed up in ethnic attires representing different states of India. The national anthem echoed in the entire campus.

It was followed by a beautiful Independence Day craft of class Nursery in which they indulged in a tearing and pasting activity to decorate Indian Flag and a takeaway activity of class KG, in which they made a kite by pasting tricolored papers on it.

To commemorate the festival of Raksha Bandhan, rakhi making activity was also done by the students. The celebrations aimed at instilling the virtues of love and harmony among the young modernites. All the students participated with great zeal and zest in this creative activity.
