The students of classes P1 and P2 of The Modern School, ECNCR participated in an English Story telling activity on September 30,2020 during online zoom session.

As a learning tool, storytelling can encourage students to explore their unique expressiveness and can heighten a student’s ability to communicate thoughts and feelings in an articulate and lucid manner. It helps improve their language skills, instills a love of reading and stirs their imagination.

To encourage the skills of listening and reading, this story telling activity was organized with great zeal in which students showcased their beautiful props and told their stories equipped with morals and values. The students were thrilled by this activity. They were confident while speaking their stories and looked amazing in different costumes. The appropriate use of voice modulation and body language infused passion, enhanced imagination and expression in students. It was a great experience for the students.
