The Modern School, ECNCR, marked a proud and inspiring moment by hosting Ms. Manika Vishwakarma, Miss Universe India 2025, on 24 October, as part of a meaningful Tree Plantation Drive organised in collaboration with Act Now. The initiative reflected the school’s strong commitment to environmental responsibility, sustainability, and youth engagement.

Ms. Vishwakarma actively participated in the plantation activity alongside students, emphasizing the importance of ecological conservation and responsible citizenship. Her interaction with the students was both warm and motivating, leaving a lasting impression as she shared insights on leadership, perseverance, and social responsibility.

As Ms. Vishwakarma departed for Thailand on 2 November to represent India at the 74th Miss Universe Pageant, the school community joined the nation in extending its best wishes. With the grand finale scheduled for 6:30 AM IST, students and staff expressed pride and excitement as India cheered her on at the global platform.

Adding to her remarkable journey, Ms. Vishwakarma has recently captivated audiences with her portrayal of Sita in the prestigious Ayodhya Ramleela, sharing the stage with renowned artists including Vindu Dara Singh, Puneet Issar, Manoj Tiwari, Ravi Kishan, among others. Her performance was widely appreciated for its grace, depth, and cultural authenticity.
