As career guidance plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the students, it is important to educate them about various other examinations that take place around the globe. An informative workshop on educating the students about TOEFL examinations was organised on   August 10, 2022  for the students of classes S6 and S7. The resource person, Mr. Joseph Augustine,Sr. Manger ETS India TOEFL & GRE North India from ETS (Education Testing Services) India Resource Centre managed by DP Cube Learning ,explained the students about these examinations in a detailed manner. ETS develops, administers and scores more than 50 million tests annually – including the globally well-known TOEFL and GRE tests in over 180 countries worldwide.

The seminar focused on attributes about TOEFL like- test overview, format, test preparation, test enhancements, and  registration. Strong Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills are the key to success in today's competitive world. These skills are not just necessary for proving one’s competence in English language for study abroad and immigration related requirements but also crucial to cognitive growth, interpersonal communication, and improved understanding, in both personal and professional life.He also discussed the validity of the scores and the result analysis process. It was a learning experience for the students as their queries and doubts were cleared satisfactorily.
