The Modern School ECNCR organised an educational excursion to  footwear factories at Bahadurgarh, Haryana for the students of classes S3, S4 and S6 on August 19, 2023.
The students visited 'Today Footwear' and 'Addison Shoes' respectively.

Excursions to different business set- ups boost children’s imagination and they may come up with unique start-up ideas. The inquisitive minds  learned about the different steps and processes involved in the manufacturing of the various kinds of footwear. 
They first hand witnessed the cutting, moulding, pouring and cementing stages used to make a variety of shoes under the guidance of experts.
It is imperative to note that the factory site not only produced the final product but also tested the same for quality.The lab that tested the soles and material of shoes alongwith their abrasion and strength intrigued the students.

 It was a very informative and learning experience for the students.
