World Book Day(Pre-Nur to P2)
"A book is a means of igniting our imagination, a tangible dream, and a means of self-talk. On April 23 and 24, 2025, Pre-Nur-P2 students celebrated World Book Day in an effort to promote reading. The story of the hungry caterpillar was narrated by pre-primary teachers during a storytelling session known as "Storee Ki Boree." Every young modernite was encouraged to read a storybook each day because, as the saying goes, "a room without books is like a body without a spirit."
An assembly was held in honor of World Book Day. The goal of the assembly was to encourage students to appreciate reading. P1–P2 students brought stories to life by dressing up as their favorite fictional characters. The purpose of the event was to emphasize the value of reading in students' life, as well as the advantages it has for vocabulary, general knowledge, and cultural awareness. The school urged students to cultivate a love of reading outside of the classroom by commemorating World Book Day.
