The School House System is an important part of student life to inspire a healthy sense of competition and a sense of belonging, to learn how to work as a team. There are four houses in the school and they are named after famous mountain ranges of India. The houses are:
Each house is led by the House Mistress. Senior students are given the responsibility to serve as the office bearers of the House in the capacity of House Captains and Vice Captains. They guide their teams on all fronts and play a vital role in leading their team to victory in all events. Every fortnight a house is on duty, which means that its members deliver news, thought and talk as well as showcase their talent on stage during assembly. There is a wonderful sense of camaraderie generated throughout the school with the house system. Participating in various inter-house competitions not only give students a chance to display their talent but also help them learn valuable lessons on team work and selfless service. Be it a debate, quiz or sports event, students give their best to win laurels and house points. Participation in various activities brings the house honour and gives students a sense of pride. Throughout the year, students receive points for their house in events like Sports Day and various Inter house Competitions.
